I have left my previous organisation in Dec 2009 since then struggling to get my PF from Banglaore PF ofice. No one is gving the satisfactory ans. I was told that I will receive the amt in Dec 2011 due to renovations going on in the pf office but not received yet. I have even logged the complaints online but that is also of no help. the pf amt was delayed due to the error done by the pf office in transfering he amt in the account as pf authorities entered the incomplete bank account no and the amt has gone back to them. this was informed to me by pF auhorities in Feb 2011. After so many pf calls and sending the legal notices to my previous organisation I came to Know that I need to send Re-authorisation form which was sent to PF office by my previous organisation on 29 Aug 2011, I have the copy of the same with the receiving of PF office after all these formalities still its one year I am struggling to get my PF which is my hard earned money. few days back I have even logged the online complaint on the websit of pf(www.epfbng.kar.nic.in and www.epfindia.gov.in) but till date got on reply for the same and if I am trying to get in touch with them on ph each and every executive gives me some or the other line or no. to contact. pls help. my pf acc no. KN/25113/12617. The name of the organisation is ING Vysya Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
