I placesd a order for micromax Q383 mobile battery at flipkart dated 13 jul 18.. I received the product on 19 jul 18. Bearing order no. OD112832829690941000.
It was found that the battery sent to me was not working( not getting charged) . Thus I asked for the replacement of product which was aproved by flip kart.. Meanwhile I took that battery to authorised dealer for checking the battery wherein it was found that the battery is not original. Thus again I called up flipkart to cancel the order . The order was cancelled by them and was told that a pick up person will come 2 collect the product but no pickup person came to take that battery back.
I waited for several days and again I called flipkart customer care to know the status .They said that the cancellation is cancelled and I will not get refund. and
This is totally a mistake on the suppliers part as they did not informed me that the pick up person is not avaible. And they told me that my follow up was required.
When I had already given cancellation request which was approved by them why my followup was necessary..
Thus i request you to look into thevmatter
