Not providing the waiver in the current bill when the Internet was not working from 30th March to 7th April 2016

I am using Reliance Broadband Service and my ID is 357358541552. From 30th March 2016 to 7th April 2016 my internet was not working. I complained on Reliance Broadband Customer Care and also on Higher Authorities (18602002011) but complaints gets closed within 24hrs without resolving the issue or without confirming the status. List given below are the complaint numbers date wise :

If by chance Broadband starts working, it remains only for 30 minutes, then again lost.

Currently the internet is working but when I asked for a waiver for that period in the current bill, they refused to register any complaint for waiver and on 21st April 2016 I got an e-mail for the current bill which amounted to Rs 824/- for full month, without providing any waiver.

I want a waiver from 30th March 2016 to 7th April 2016 when the internet was not working properly as mentioned above.
