i have been using airtel dongle for surfing internet there was a message from airtel that rc 98 for 1 GB and get 1 GB of internet in 48 hrs,i have not got any balnce more over i have called to customer care excecutive for 5 times in d past,but no use for today i have called for nearly 5 times they are asking to call some other departments so afetr calling 198 for 3 times 9866007070 is d number given by customer care has kept me on hold for half an hr dhen of no use again i have called for customer care for 2 times they are diconnecting my cal in between saying they are transfer to TL.put me on hold for more than 20 mins like i was kept calling customer care executive from past 1 hr but of no use…i have even said like i raise a complaint in consumers forum they were least botherd about my problem!!! sir please do take proper action,make us get the things done what we want actually from this private networks!!! really i got frustrated in explaning my problem nearly about 20 people of airtel customer care exceutives but off no use!!!!
