Not providing service for water purifier

Name of company/service: Euraka Fobes

Hi,
Past three – four month i am daily calling to Eureka forbes customer service for water purifier servicing.and daily they say that engineer will be coming in 24 hours. I am really fed up with same response. So posting my complaint here.
Can some one help me to solve this problem
