Dear Sir,
I have joined this company Consim Info Pvt. Ltd. in 16-Jan-11 . When i have joined this company i have got a offer letter on 22000/- salary in hand per month and now after 1.7 years company in shifting me in Retail Sector and without any prior written information i have got a letter to shift in varanasi Retail Branch with the salary of 19560/- , after doing a good work with company of around 1.7 years my expectations with the company is to increase the salary and company is deducting a salary of around 2500 , i have also given income tax on 22000/- which is deducted by company from my monthly salary . How is this possible that a company will hire me on 22000/ and now after 1.7 years company is deducting a salary against offer letter and no new offer letter provided by company , its a totally a froud with the Gov. Income Tax they are showing my salary 22000/- to the Govt. and they are giving me 19560/- . Hope for the Right judgement in Favour of me .
