Not providing Registration Certificate required for Insurance Claim

Dear Sir,

My father, Sri Nityo Gopal Das, was a patient in the hospital for 5 days. I made a insurance claim for the amount spent on hospitalization. The Insurance Company TTK Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. has asked for the Registartion copy of the hospital with Number of Beds, without which they will not be able to process the claim.

But to my utter surprise the hospital is not cooperating and not providing the required certificate. My ageing mother has visited the hospital for the same but the officials present in the hospital premises did not oblige. I have been calling them on STD from Bangalore but of no use.

I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to avail me the required document.
