Name of company/service: Prime Motors Near Transport Nagar- Agra
I am staying in Noida. In april -2010 I met an major accident near Agra. I found Prime motor-Agra nearest to accident place. I have handed over my Swift-Dzire Lxi to Prime Motors. After surveying my vehicle they told me that my vehicle is repaiarable.
I agreed on that. and they repaired my vehicle took approx 2.5 months.
After7-8 months of repairing I found that my vehicle is capturiing Junk[in hindi]. I called them up, they agreed to provide me solution. I went to agra [from Noida], and handed over vehicle to them.
After repair when I got the vehicle, the solution provided by them was not really proper one.[They actually don’t want to replace that part, that’s why they painted that part and told me that now it is ok.]
I am not able to understand now what to do? because I can not go again n again to Agra from Noida.
