not providing me inv copy and warr card

I hv bought sony tv model kdl32-ex520, from Miss Taruna, she informed me before buying that i would b getting inv copy and warr card with the same, i hv paid all money but till today i hv not recd any inv copy or warr card after following with her, pls help
