i brought a idea 3g smartfone on 17 04 2012 and idea sim number 9753112200 and i made aricharge of 260 they offering me 2gb 3g data, mobile tv and 10 minute calling for 3 months for buying a idea 3g smartphone and made a richarge of 260 and made this service available for me in 72 hours but they do not provide me any service then i complaint to customer care they are ignoring me and made many reasons and now they are saying its takes one month so please give me any solution
