Not providing claim of insurance (Reliance Life Insurance)

Location/place: Ghaziabad, India

Name of company/service: Reliance Insurance

I made a insurance with Reliance 5 years ago.Now my wife has to undergo a Total Hip replacement surgery in Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, New Delhi.
Reliance is saying that their TPA will provide the claim and TPA is saying that reliance will provide the claim.
Kindly guide me in this regard.
