Complaint against CREMA Bio Pvt. Ltd.
Respected Sir,
We are the Students of CREMA Bio Pvt. Ltd. from APGDCRM 2014-15. We want to lodge an FIR against CREMA Bio Pvt Ltd for misguiding and cheating us. Every students have paid 2.5 lakhs and took admission for course Advance Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Management (APGDCRM). For admission some of us have also taken a loan to pay the fees. Vijay Moza is the Chairman of CREMA Bio and Rajesh Raina is the director of CREMA Bio. Rajesh Raina was the person counselled us for admission.
Following are the things which Rajesh Raina had told us to convince to take admission for course:
1. We have tie-up with major companies like Quintiles, TCS, Cognizant, Paraxel, etc. [In reality they never had any tie-up with any companies as we ourselves search the job through websites job openings.]
2. After 6 months you will get Placement will start and major companies will come for a campus interview. [But none of the company came after 6 months for any campus interview]
3. The salary you will get around Rs.40, 000 per month
4. After 6 months after the start of this course you will get Practical knowledge. [We never ever get to visit any Industry. Than what’s the point of getting a Practical Knowledge]
In month of July suddenly the J. B. Nagar classroom got shut. We were clueless about the reason of this event. At this time Vijay Moza was in USA and we were told by Ramakant Chavan to write a mail from our Group Gmail ID to Vijay Moza.
He has not provided us the certificates and even not responding to emails.
Mumbai police is refusing to take complaint against Vijay Moza and misguiding, manipulating us.
This is affecting our jobs and education.
Please help us.
