i have very bad exprience from your service center which is located at

every time the were cheated with me…
when i first time submitted my mobile then they told me to give my mobile back in 10 or 15 days..
after that i reach at center they told me to come after 3 or 4 days n promise me this time your mobile is must ready,
once again i got same thing from your center after few days i was there in morning at 11 am then they told me to come at 6 pm at evening
and you know what i know that this time also i was cheated so next day i was there in morning then one of your service Representative( rajeshbhai ) said…sir your mobile is not ok
then i replied to them…”if mobile is not repaired then why you told me to come at 6 pm in evening ” then i got surprising answer from them..you knw whats the answer from your respected service representative that ” yeah ,,may be but i didn’t tell you that ,its another person so you jst talk with them ..[with name is hiralbhai ]
so i want to ask you that how many times still i hv to go there n find the proper guy who is responsible with that n give me proper guidance n when i got my mobile repaired ???
n atleast you hv to tell the truth …
this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support.
The fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time when customer is on you service center or on call . You are misguiding to customers.
