Sir, I resigned from Cargotec India Pvt Ltd. in Nov 2011 and i have given the PF withdrawal form to HR in Jan 2012 for withdrawing of PF . Its almost 7 months and the company has not processed the forms and also not giving me the answer why they are not proceeding the forms. Please help me to withdraw my PF from this company and take strict action againt this Company. my Contact no. 9712956913.
