not porvide demand letter of flat

sir,
i`m Geeta Devi & i`m govt.employee in agriculture ministry of India in Central Secretariat. i got a flat in DDA housing scheme 2010. i had provide all valid document to verification in July 2010 but after 1 year til i have no response by dda authority/verification officer. so i going to dda office to inquiry about my flat but they not give me right answer & they are puzzle me i am very upset about behavior of dda authority officer.
that’s way i am complain about all this kind action of dda, please help me……….!
