not porting/disconnecting my number for the seven months

I am not satisfied with the network services of airtel eventhough i had purchased the Hotspot for Rs,2400.- which has been paid for sixmonths in advance…. Whenever I made the complaint regarding this and I requested for porting.. they assured me to solve this…but 4 or 5 times I requsted for porting they are not allowing me to port.. nothing my any due are pending..

Now also I request them to port my number.. my sixmonths period is completed they sent me the next due..for Rs.2400/- and demanding me to pay this amount and they refuest to port and disconnect my number..

what necessary is there to pay the next bill which i have not used..

I never made loan recharging.
I never kept my bills in pending as this is my prepaid number..
The Hotspot piece which I purchased which is totally worthless.. useless.. I lost my money unnecessarily by puchase the airtel hotspot.

please take the necessary action to port my number by disconnecting the airtel services without paying the next due amount of Rs.2400/-
