i have purchace ro waterpurifier z6 model of a o smith company, at the time of purchase company give 2 years warrenty but within 6 months some parts are not working and they charged 1000 rs., after then 6 months same complaint and they charged 1400 rs, i asked company for warrenty, but they reply that there is no warrenty on such parts, i told him to inform this thing at the time of purchase, they reply that we are sorry, how it is possible after purchase high cost amount of r o system but company is not given free service, please give justice, thanks and regards, mayur shah
