NOT ISSUE OF NEW ATM

Sir, I Sandeep Kumar, resident in B-34/6209, shamsher Nagar, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana, Punjab & my phone no. 9988376078. I have a saving account in your branch address Tagore Nagar, Near DMC, Ludhiana, Punjab. I want to complaint you regarding your branch. My saving bank a/c no. 20052041583. In the starting weak of March, 2012 I blocked my ATM, which was damage and after that apply for new ATM and given to the bank staff and he told me new ATM received you in 15days by post at your home. But i does not received the ATM after the expire of 15days then i go bank again for the enquiry ATM. The dealing person told me ATM will be come to you with in another 15days. But the expiry of one month i does not received the ATM. I go bank again but dealing person told me again your ATM card not issue you until. He does not give me the reason for that delay. After that i go to bank again & again, but i does not received ATM. On 08.06.2012 i want again to bank the dealing authority told me your ATM card is not issue until. But I told the dealing person i do not received the ATM then the dealing person told me it’s not our fault. I can’t do any thing. I told the dealing person plz show me the status then dealing person told me i have no time come again tomorrow than i meet with branch manager. The branch manager told the dealing person on my request to show my status then the dealing person show me the status. The dealing person told me your card already issue but i told the person i does not received the ATM. The dealing person told me for new ATM you required to block the ATM which r you not received then i told the person I have no ATM no. then dealing person give me the number. After i receiving the no. i call customer care no. 080-26599990 & ask to block the ATM but the caller told me your ATM are in process i cant block your ATM. After that i call Chandigarh office many time but they does not pick my phone. After that i call DGM of SBI, but they also not pick my phone. I also send the mail to DGM of SBI on 09.06.2012 but no response come from DGM regarding my mail. Now i mentally harassed. I waste lot of money & time. So i decided to appeal the consumer court.
