Dear sir,
I purchased a scooter Honda Active at Premson Honda, Kishorganj Showroom, Ranchi. For this i have taken loan from Vedika Credit Capital Ltd., 406 Shrilok Complex, H.B. Road , Ranchi-1.
I did the pre-payment for this loan (Loan A/c-0110122967) and clear all the installment at once of Rs.28641/- (as per their calculation) to close the loan(pre-closer).
After payment they assured me to issue NOC, F-35, Key, Cheque & RC on 24/3/2013, but now they are saying that it will take more time.
My objection is that – when they repetitive message and call me reminding that “You have to pay fine of Rs.625/- if your cheque is not clear at time.” This embarrass and some how harass us.
Now, when they are not issuing NOC ,F-35, Key, Cheque & RC on time i.e. 24/3/2013 then who is defaulter.
For this I want to lodge a complaint and seeking remedies from your end.
