Name of company/service: Sony Xperia Support
I bought a Sony Xperia Pro last month as it was promised by Sony company that it will be having Android 4.0 upgrade soon. but after waiting for 1.5 Months they published that SI number related my phone is having update now. I followed all the instruction to upgrade my Android version by connecting my phone to PC Companion, but it is saying that no update available for my Phone. For last 3 days I am trying to call to Sony Xperia Support. After listing to my complane and contact details. They are disconnecting my call with out any warning. I have tried at least 10 times to call them any try to solve my problem but every time they are disconnecting my call after listing to my complain. I guess its time to place a complain against them for this miss behavior against a customer.
