This is Praveen Rajvaidhya ,I got the call from this company one year back for providing the service (Changing the water purifying candles )for my Aqua guard water purifier,one service engineer came from this company ,i paid 1100/- rs for one year service (Changing the candles twice in a year.) after 6 months i have called the service man 20-25 times but no body has come to change the candles.On call every time they say we are coming or calling back to you shortly but never come.
