I have purchased an air cooler “Electra Desert” of Nalco Electricals Private Limited on 29/05/2012. This cooler have one year warranty/guaranty on fan motor and water pump. This was purchased from a Varanasi shop “KAPOOR ELECTRONICS, Rathyatra Varanasi”. On 07th June 2012 the pump of cooler stopped working and next day I complained at shop and they gave me the contact number of varanasi Service center for ELECTRA COOLERS. The service center is “ARYA ELECTRONICS”. The Contact Number is 09628222216 of (Mr. Arya). I registered my complain there in this number on Friday (08 June 2012) and they said they will send the Engineer by the evening. The Engineer did not come, next day I called again, I got the same answer with assurity. But till now I didn’t get any service from them. I am calling them daily and now they stopped responding me. At last I want the help from Consumer Forum. Please call them on the given number and ask for the status. They did not give me any complain number.
