not giving my money back

hi sir,this is kavitha iam from kukatpally,i am booked the reliance DTH on 01/05/12, iam paid the amount of 1500/-,but they dint given the connection,daily iam calling to mr. Ravi shankar
(9030593315)(madhapur branch) he is not taking any action,all ways telling lies…..now he is telling that go and give the complaint in consumer court and i dont want to give your money back………………
