Respected sir,
I belong to SGTBIM&IT college, situated near gujrawala town affiliated to ip university.I have paased my 1st year with 74% and now I have decided to migrate into another college VIPS,which has good brand image than my college and it is near to my house as well.It is much better college in terms of education than my present college.Also, there is provision in ip university that a student can migrate after 1st year into another college of his own choice by meeting the eligibilty criteria of the new college.Since I qualify the criteria of admission, I am not allowed to change.But the director of my college is not providing me the transfer certificate.He has openely refused my application and evn insulted me.he is denying me from my RIGHT TO CHOOSE.I belong to middle class family and I am geeting every such facility in this new college like its fees is much less as compared to other colleges and most importantly it is near to my house this will save my wasteful expenditures on public vehicles.
I request you to take action as soon as possible before the closure of admission.I am left with a week now.
