Name of company/service: BLUE STAR AC
I have already 2 air conditioner from bluestar of 1.5 ton & 2 ton AC.
4-5 days back i registered a complain with the blue star tollfree number & the technician came yesterday check it out and said that condenser is to be changed.
After that iwaited for one day,but the techinican didnt came and i also tried to contact the local blue star servicing centre,they are not picking up the call.I also again gave the complain through toll free number,but they always use to say we again registering your complain on high priority basis.
BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM HASNT BEEN RESOLVED.IS THIS THE SERVICE WE SHOULD EXPECT FROM THESE COMPANIES.
