Not give the proper response in last six month

Location/place: SILVASSA

Name of company/service: SS Electronics (LG dealer)

LG dealer. SS electronics has not given the proper response in last six months. i have purchase the LG fride in last year 4th NOV 2011, after the one month instalation it has not working on proper condiotion.when i have purchase the LG frige ,SS electronis has promised me if any problems comes on regular basi than they will replace the product.now fridge has been shutdown since two months,and i go to SS electronis but he has not give the any respnse, and he is telling that i dont know , i will not replaced the product. talk to LG company. and also he has not talking in good maner. he don,t know how to talk with customer. he has demnd the addition charges for replacement of product. he has telling that the LG company has closed the production for this moudle GL275VV5 DOUBLE DOOR FRIGE so we cant replace the same moudle. and will give the other moudle and diff amount will be paid by customer. this is very bad service n silvassa. I am requesting of silvassa people, pls don not purchase any item from SS electronics without any proper response.
