NOT GIVE RIGHT BALANCE

Name of company/service: reliance

i was recharge 299 plane which is 3000 mint r to r free mint and 1 g.b data free..provider give me a massage on 6 march on that facilities but they did not give this facilities when we contact on customer care they told 1 march ,we will stop that facility and cut the phone.
