Not getting warranty…

Name of company/service: Beetel

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge complaint against Beetel company for warranty issue of Beetel Speakers.

On 14th Oct, 2011 I had purchase a Beetel Spekers(Model- 12500W) set from retailer in cost around Rs. 5000. As per company they are giving one year onsite warranty. However it is not working since Feb 2012. I have spoken to customer care & lodge a complaint (complaint No – 12043196880012) for that issue. The engineer had come to check the issue after 8 days. He checked the speakers & found that there is some issue with mother board. As per him mother board needs to be replaced.
He said that he will raise the request to the company to provide the motherboard & then he will change the board. As per his commitment this process will take the 3-4 working days.

Now more than three month has been passed after lodge the complaint. However my issue is still not resolved. From the beginning I am continuously following up with the customer care, service center & Engineer. But all are giving lollipop to me.
Sir, I want you to take immediate action in the above matter as my speakers are still not working since long. Now I want my money back or change the particular model & pls. provide me the compensation money of Rs.10000/- for mentally harassment of mine and other expenses which I bearer during the visits to customer care, service centre, fuel which I spent to visit them & phone calls which I’ve done to resolve the issue.
I would appreciate your immediate action in the above matter.
