I have purchased one All-in-one machine on 8th December 2009 through H.P. dealer Ktron Systmes, # 1000, 1st Main, 4th Block, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru- 560 010.
Its name is HP Officejet Pro L7590.
Its model number is CB823A.
Its serial number is MY88724083.
I have purchased it to use it for my business of D.T.P. works. We have printed about 400 pages black prints and colour test prints. Black and Yellow cartridges became empty. Some engineers told that new printer will have sample cartridges and those sample cartridges will not have sufficient volume of ink. Then I have purchased one Black cartridge and one Yellow cartridge from H.P. products dealing shop and installed them. After that, the machine printed about 150 pages black prints. No colour prints are printed except only one test page. For so much of work only, the All-in-one is showing the message to replace the Yellow and Black cartridges soon. In the Black cartridge packing box, it is shown that it will come up to 850 pages. But it is not coming even for 400 pages. We have printed only normal mode text prints. Yellow cartridge became empty without printing anything except one test print.
So the above all-in-one machine is not giving the expected yield in printing. Is it the manufacturing defect or model defect? It is not suitable even for personal use. Therefore kindly replace it for another all-in-one or just colour printer which gives good yield in printing for business purpose and oblige.
