NOT GETTING SERVICES FOR WHICH I AM PAYING

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I AM USING VODAFONE POSPAID MOBILE NO-9838224494, I AM PAYING RS. 30/- AS MONTHLY RENTAL FOR CALLER TUNE CHARGES.

BUT INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ME SERVICES OF CALLER TUNES ON MOBILE NUMBER (ONLY), VOADFONE (LIKE ALL OTHER TELECOM OPERATORS IN ALL CIRCLE) IS PLAYING FIRST FEW SECONDS OF THEIR ADVERTISMENT ( I.E. THEY ARE MARKETING THEIR SERVICES ON THE COST OF MY CALLER TUNE FEES).

ISNT IT IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS AS I AM NOT GETTING FULL SERVICES FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN CHARGED.

(ALMOST IN ALL CALLS, I PICK THE CALL WITHIN FEW SECONDS AND CALLER ON MY MOBILE NUMBER IS UNABLE TO HERE THE CALLER TUNE WHICH I ACTIVATED FOR MY CALLERS. THEY ONLY HERE MARKETING MESSAGES OF TELECOM COMPANY WHICH GOES LIKE – ” ISS TUNE KO COPY KARNE KE LIYE PAHLE SITARA AUR PHIR 9 DABAIYE, 30 RUPAY MASIK SHULKA AUR 15 RUPAYE PRATI GANA”

WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR THIS.
