Name of company/service: Videocon D2H service
Hi, I had recharged my Videocon d2H service in Sep 2011, and I had account balance till 12 months (sep 2012).
Customer ID is 7793519. From last one month I was finding some interruptions in my service frequently, so I requested at Toll free number to do needful. They sent their engineer on 11th Aug, and did something, and after 20 minutes, complete service closed. I checked on Toll free on 11th Aug evening and it was told that there is no balance in my account. Then also they told that Rs 125 deducted for service, and another Rs 125 deducted by mistake and same will be corrected/refunded by Sunday 10:00 AM. I objected it that mistake was at videcon end, so I shall not be punished for 48 hours, but no one listened to that. Again I talked in moring on 12th Aug, and I was told that refund will happen within 2 hours (by 10:30 AM), and services will be resumed. But that did not happen. Again I talked at 2:30PM, and I was told that again some mistake in comlaint, so your compalint agian raised and It will be resolved by 15th AUG.
SO in this way, I am being continuously harassed and I am without services sine 11th Aug afternoon (even services was valid till Sep 2012.)
kindly look into why videocon is punshing customer, if anyone complaint.
