Not getting satisfactory response for my refund

Greetings of the day.

I purchased lee cooper shoes online via, the shoes got delivered to me within 48hrs of ordering on 16th May and the mode of payment was cash on delivery. amount paid Rs1398 to the courier guy. When opened the package i found one shoe was defective. so immediately i tried calling coustomer care and even after numerous attempt no one picked. so i send them the mail with pics of all the product delivered and the bills. and asked them to arrange free reverse pickup as per their 48hrs free reverse pickup policy. it took them numerous mails to get tht courier picked up, and on 8th june it got picked. i did informed the representative heena abt the pickup via mail, and she assured me that coustomer care will revert on refunding the money pretty soon but so far no response. so kindly please help me and take strict action against them. i have all the mails and pics of the documents and product.
