I ordered 9 products on lifestyle online app. Out of which 6 products were returned. I got refund for 3 products and lifestyle is not giving me refund for the remaining 3 products. I have been following since last two months. There are total 13 email communications and 40 plus phone calls from my side for this issue but lifestyle seems uninterested in resolving the issue. I want to claim the refund plus a compensation of 1 lakh rupees for the mental trauma i have gone through due to this. Please help me out.
