Not getting final mark sheet of B.A.

I have passed B.A. final year in 2012 by private exam but by mistake show me absent in one exam B.A second year paper so i submitted my B.A. Frstear and second year marksheet in univercity on dated 02.07.12 then they told me you can take your final mark sheet on 16.07.12 .Now i am going to univecity dailly from 16.07.12 but univercity staff is refusing and misbehaving so pl do needful and help me.I have selected in B.Ed exam and last date for document submission is 21.07.2012
