Name of company/service: Sify Broadband
On the 7th of Sept I had sent request for connection & as per sify’s terms & conditions and requirements I paid a sum of Rs. 1300 as installation charges & Rs.1834 as service charge for three months duration. Since 7th of Sept, I got the connection just for one night i.e on Saturday (9th Oct 2010) and after that it again got disconnected. In this month I have contacted their managers so many times but didn’t help. Their customer care is also useless. And most of the time all their sales and engineer people didn’t respond to calls even they don’t talk properly. I demanded for money return but they are not giving attention. They are not following up properly. Also I have given warnings for consumer forum but it seems they even don’t care for consumer forum. So please help me.
