Not displaying license details / not providing Bills for money collected against new Passbooks

1.vetri Shakthi gas agencies(Bharath gas retailer) has not displayed their license certificate in their new establishment located within 150 meters of udumalpet bustand, close to lakshmi kalyana mantapam

2. they are collecting Rs. 50 for new gas passbooks from customers who hav lost their old gas pass books. But they are not providing any bill for this amount.
