i am vivek sharma, staying at Bhandup, now in HP there is IVRS booking system
As per ivrs my gas was delivered on 18 and same confirmed from agency also today but fact is that gas cylinder is yet not delivered to us.
when asked the agency where my gas cylinder we are asked by agency to talk to delivery man why yet not delivered.
our gas cylinder is empty from last one day.
the agency yet not provided any cylinder to us.
this is not first time every time delivery is delayed by 5-6 day.
kindly look in to matter and resolve.
