i had placed my order to india times shopping on 8th of april 2012 after reading it in mumbai mirror,i had ordered two mobile phones of videocon company and their model number is v1675 worth rupees 2499 per mobile and 5496 of two mobiles including delivery charges, my order number is 3001069049. they told me that my product will be delivered within 2 days but i didnt got it after asking them another customer care executive told me that first executive gave me wrong commitment and he also told me that my product will be delivered to me within 7 working days now its 8th day and when i again called them they told me my order has been cancelled. for my product i had cancelled my tickets to Goa
