NOT DELIVERED MY GOODS , (HOUSE HOLD ITEM , BIKES, )

I booked my house hold item, bikes and study items( books, notes, charts,) through SAI PRASAD MOVERS AND PACKERS, (OWNER- SWAPNIL8855834411, BANTY BILHARE 7517010406, DINESH JADHAV-9834381663) from Pune (salunke vihar to Rewari Haryana on 19Oct 2019, they promised me to delivers with in 07 days, todyas it about 25 days i did not received my items, even they did not respond my call . initially they bargen me for 13000. later they gave me bill of 28000 which was paid by me, still m waiting for my items . They are fraud people unreliable un professional, gave threaten me to pay i all bil before delivery. multiple time i bag hem plz send my items , but i failed. I could nt understand how they run their business , ill not suggest this packer n movers to anyone plz help me sir/madam to retrieve my items right now totally exhausted and mentally ill.
