I ordered my Itemson 6/08/2012 after Reading their policies tha courier Items delivered in 3 working days.
As now on 09/08/2012, they didn’t deliver my order and when i asked they said “your order has already been processed from our end and will be delivered very soon.As your have selected the courier items and it takes minimum 2-3 working days to get delivered.”
It’s already 4 days completed. But till now they didn’t provide me Courier details as i requested again and again and also didn’t recieve my call. Always picked my phone and put it on hold, nobody speak from their side.
After facing all these problems i requested them to cancel my order as i don’t want late delivery. Then they replied “This is to inform you that generally the courier items takes 2-3 working days,but it depends on the rush of orders.We are sorry to inform you that cancellation is not possible now.
”
as it’s already 4 days when i ordered my items.I want to know how much days they could take to deliver,but they didn’t respond me correct no. of days.
So, I want to cancel my order right now. Please help me in this to sort out this problem
