NOT DELIIVERING GAS ON TIME

Respected sir,
this is to inform you that my gas booking is through INDANE OIL with their distributer C.LAL & SONS(GAS)havig their DISTRIBUTER ID No 4005.i have booked my gas booking in 22 feb 2012 with my customer no 12789 bt i hav nt got any delivery from their side.they even sent me the message that my booking has been delivered from their side on 4 march 2012 but still i not got any delivery report..they don’t pick the phone & when i meet them personally then they do unaccepted behaviour with me..it is going on from last 5 months.please take some serious action so that i don’t feel any further problems.you will be highly thankfull for that..

    It is 100% sure, the distrubuter always not responsing on telephon and always keep busy line. Also they are not deliver Cylinder on time or some time sell the same on black market (Private)to earn more. In our area at Bhayander east the TIRUPATI GAS SERVICE also the same attitude. We are try to many place to logde their complete but noboday have taken still any action against them. I am not trusting from consumer forums becos they also does’t take any single action. But this is for your kind information.
