Dear Sir/Madam,
5 months ago i bought new samsung mobile with price of 15000 & with Bill.after that i use it every day.but before 15 days my mobile charger pin didn’t work.so i went to my nearest samsung service centre.so they checked my mobile and they told that your phone got water damage so we can’t repair the phone basis on warranty.so what i should do they are not agree to cover my phone in warranty.repair expenses around 6000.so please help me.
