i have placed an order on timtara.com on 1st may 2012
the order details are-
order no 10248512
Versense By Versace for Women (100 ml) (96)
the order was confirmed & delivery was supposed to be in 3 4 days.
after not recieving the order for 20 days, i called their customer care to cancel the order & refund my amount.i was told to write a formal mail & within 3 days it would be cancelled. on 21 may i have written mail to cancel the order & after i written to them 3 more times regarding this.
still they have not cancelled the orderr & refunded the amount.
