I have purchased the Su kam pure sine wave home ups on 25/06/2011(600va sturdy 20206B10182911100081.TheINVERTOR was out of order since 10 days and on the request i handed over the inverter to the dealer on 04/07/12.the inverter is having a guarantee for two years.so far the status remains the same & when contacted the dealer says that the concerned engineer is not giving any response even after contacting several times
