I bought a voltas vertis platina 2 ton ac for my office in Jan 12.In april, i launched a compliant with voltas customer care vide compliant no.12AP2501914.The technician came on 10 May 12 and informed me,the ac pcb has to be changed and he will come back in 2 days time. Again after repeated calls to even Mr. M Mohan who is in charge of Kerala voltas services,the technician came back only on 06 Jun 12.This time he told there is some other problem with the ac.Till today, he has not come back.In between,the company closed the compliant without any repair or replacement.The compliant was clearly mentioned in the service report that the ac is not cooling.without doing any repair/taking customer’s consign, the compliant was closed by the company.
