NOT ALLOWING ME TO MIGRATE TO PREPAID, FORCING ME TO USE POST PAID

Name of company/service: RELIANCE GSM POSTPAID

I am using postpaid service of RelianceGSM, due to extra charges and excess bill amount, I want migrate to prepaid service, as I am unable to such extra charges of postpaid, whether that is fair or not that does not matter. But the reliance store is not processing my request and they are me to use postpaid for 1 month more. So here I want complain against RMS,Dargha Bazar, Cuttack , ODISHA. As they violating the rules of Telecom industry. And forcing the customer to use postpaid.
