My name is Surender and I am a resident of Gurgaon. on 4th July 2019 I got my flats done with PEST CONTROL by this company with a warranty/guarantee of 2 years from the date of works.
The same problem came up again 10 days back and we tried calling them on the numbers mentioned on the bill that we had received.
It’s been 10 days we are being harassed with the statements like:
aa raha hoon
aaj aunga
kal aaunga
etc. etc.
NOW, they have stopped receiving the calls also and we are calling like mads. Is this the customer service they provide to their customer????
Please take this matter serioulsly at the earliest. Here are the details.
