not activating Number for more than 4 days

I have Mobile Connection with Airtel Phone No 94444463681 For which they have Disconnected the Out Going for Non Submission Of Address Proof( Which I have Already Subimited) which i have Submitted on 19.06.2012 but even after More than 4 Days my Out Going Facility Is Not Activated.M
