i have a purchase a air conditioner on 28 feb 2011, but recived it in damaged condition. after a long follow up it has been replaced on 14 june 2011. but from 12 april 2012 facing a problem of no cooling. giving the complaint regularly to voltas. last complaint done on 1 june 2012 which is still open. but not resolved even yet. please help me….
