Name of company/service: Airtel
Due to some fraud deductions from my mobile balance, I called to customer care, but instead of solving my problems, they stopped me from calling customer care helpline, which is as a customer , my basic right. My mobile no. is 8985995548. I recharged with Rs.35 for STD call deduction, but that too is not availed, and even I am not able to contact the so-called “customer care”.
